Born in New Jersey to first generation immigrants from Ukraine, Jacob immigrated to Canada at the age of 3, and has always considered Toronto his true home. It's a place full of diversity, culture, and inspiration that never ceases to surprise you with excitement and opportunity.

Throughout his entire life, Jacob has been immersed in the world of Toronto real estate.

From a young age, Jacob started working in his family's construction business, which provided him with extensive knowledge of countless trades, materials, and technologies within the industry. With over 10 years of experience in general construction, Jacob has been part of every task imaginable in the building process of numerous residential and commercial builds throughout the GTA. He also has experience in real estate investment, development, and property management.

In 2019, Jacob graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelors of Commerce, majoring in Real Estate & Housing Development.

Despite his young age, Jacob has wisdom beyond his years in Real estate and construction. He prides himself on quality, detail, and professionalism in order to make his clients real estate journey smooth and successful.
